The female type 2 charging socket is equipped with an IP44-certified cover, which provides protection against dust and against the ingress of water splashing from all sides. When connected, the socket protection is also at the IP44 level.
It is equipped with resistance sensors that can monitor the temperature very accurately. If the temperature rises above a safe limit, the charging power is automatically reduced or completely disconnected.
The charging socket meets all the requirements prescribed by the test and certificate. which guarantees its resistance to vibration, moisture, dust and salt spray. It is equipped with a flammability isolator approved by the UL94 V-0 certificate.
